Rohan Edgley: Building Strong Client Relationships

With over a decade of experience in accounting, Rohan Edgley brings a wealth of expertise in family office services. His journey from Hack Anderson & Thomas to GMK Partners and Deloitte Private has honed his skills in financial reporting and complex succession planning for high-net-worth clients. Rohan’s passion for client relationships shines through in his approach:

“What motivates me is building close relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor, and helping them navigate their personal and business journeys.”

As a leader at SIP, Rohan is dedicated to mentoring junior accountants and ensuring the firm’s values of integrity, client focus, and excellence remain at the forefront of every engagement. Outside of work, Rohan enjoys quality time with his young family and staying active in community activities.

Vishal Tejani: Driving Innovation in Tax Services

Vishal Tejani’s appointment strengthens SIP’s tax team with his extensive experience from Deloitte and PwC. Specialising in corporate tax for privately-owned businesses, Vishal brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a human-centric approach to problem-solving.
“What attracted me to SIP was the relationships,” Vishal explains. Having worked with several of SIP’s leadership team at Deloitte, he was inspired to take on this new role.

Vishal is particularly excited about working with Shane Binstock and the SIP Tax Team, and mentoring junior staff so they are equipped to handle the complexities of tax in an evolving industry. He highlights:

“It’s about empowering the next generation of accountants. Formal education is important, but it’s the on-the-job training and mentorship that really shape a successful career.”

Outside of work, Vishal’s life is centred around his family. Having moved from Malaysia to Melbourne in 2009, he has since built a home with his wife and two sons and enjoys travelling, exploring new places.
